Chongqing JIECAN Machinery co.,ltd is set up in 1999, located in no.19 chuangye road, shuangfu new area, jiangjin district. It covers an area of about 36,000 square meters, and has the first-class standardized workshop. JIECAN is specialized in automobile and motorcycle cylinder block production and is equipped with leading processing and testing equipment in various industries. For example, centralized smelting furnace, horizontal cold chamber die-casting machine, processing center, modular machine tool, CNC lathe, CNC automatic honing machine, coordinate measuring instrument, air tightness testing instrument and a series of advanced processing and testing equipment.  

The company mainly supports the leading motorcycle manufacturers in China. For example, Chongqing Loncin (over 80% cylinders of LONCIN engine is supplied by JIECAN), Chongqing Lifan, Chongqing Wanhu, Chongqing Runtong, Chongqing Yinxiang, Xinyuan Motorcycle, Guangzhou Dayun, Guangzhou Haojin, Dongfeng xiaokang, etc.

At the same time, our products have been exported to Southeast Asia, South America, Africa and other regions around the world. Our company strictly carries out development, design, production and quality inspection in accordance with the relevant national technical standards. With exquisite craftsmanship, scientific management, stable performance and high-quality service, we have won the unanimous praise of the vast number of customers.

In 2016, our company completed sales of 2.3 million cylinder blocks. After joint venture with Chongqing Gongyu Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. in 2017, our production capacity and product types have been greatly improved, and raised to 3.8 million motorcycle cylinder blocks.  And the newly developed cylinder block and cylinder head for Dongfeng xiaokang company have further improved our company's production. In 2018, the company completed sales of 3.5 million cylinder blocks.

At present, the company is developing well, and 10 new equipment and engineering projects have been introduced recently. A series of new products, such as 998 automobile cylinder block and NE125 exported to Mexico, have been developed. The products of CG150 and CG200 obtained the certificate of Chongqing Hi-tech Products issued by Chongqing Science and Technology Bureau, which opened up the market for international trade for the company.

The company will continue developing new products. On the basis of strengthening cooperation with leading motorcycle manufacturers like LONCIN, Zongshen and Dayun, etc. By using new materials and technologies, it will launch high-end cylinders with better quality and longer service life to the market, so as to achieve a substantial increase in economic benefits for our partners.
